This is very sad news. Patrick was a good comrade who stood out in the maelstrom of 1980’s London politics. He was thoughtful, eloquent and reliable. A great colleague at the ALA and a committed activist in local government and London Irish circles. All our thoughts are with Julia, his daughters and family.
